When choosing bank transfer payments, ensure that the payer’s name matches the order name, noting that orders unpaid within 7 days will be automatically canceled.

- Please remember, returns sent via courier services other than Korea Post without prior approval through the FAQ section will incur return shipping costs.

After-Sales Service
- Warranty Period : 6 months
- When requesting after-sales service, remember to include the warranty certificate. Failure to do so may limit or void warranty coverage, and repair options could be restricted (reissuing warranty certificates is not available).
- During the warranty period, both complimentary and paid repairs are available for product defects or damages caused by consumer negligence.
- We do not cover complimentary after-sales services for products damaged due to consumer negligence or for products beyond the warranty period.
- The following scenarios are excluded from warranty repairs.

Upon verifying the returned items, we endeavor to process refunds within 3 to 4 business days.
For payments made via credit card, we promptly cancel the credit card authorization to prevent any charges.
(Please be aware - If charges have already been applied by your credit card company based on the original transaction date, the refund will be reflected on the subsequent month's billing statement.)

Reward Points Expiry Policy
Reward points earned from purchases are credited immediately and remain valid for 365 days.
Unused reward points older than 365 days will expire automatically and cannot be redeemed.
Utilization Requirements for Reward Points
Reward points can be used for purchases totaling KRW 50,000 or more.
Expiry Conditions for Reward Points
If an order is canceled or refunded, reward points earned from product purchases will be invalidated
Upon membership termination, accumulated reward points will be automatically invalidated.
Moreover, existing reward points will expire if no additional points are accrued within 3 years from the last accrual date.
